1. Sirius Support Teams a. For Sirius, application support / maintenance team is required to cater new CRs, enhancements, bug fixing etc.
b. We need following three resources : i. Senior Resource with more than 5 years’ experience ii. Other two resources can be junior who can work under supervision of senior resource.
c. Since this application is being used globally therefore support team will work in shifts. i. Required shifts will be decided by Arçelik and communicated to RC accordingly.
