Acting as a focal point, the main objective is to add more value by providing promised quality milk volumes to plant in cost effective way, following the strict timelines.
Explore & develop new milk sources in order to get maximum quantity & quality milk at minimum cost. Whole process should be done with strict adherence to SOPs, to ensure smooth & safe operations in a healthy working environment, satisfying all the stakeholders involved.
