CureMD Project Management Office (PMO), known as the brain of SDLC, ensures that CureMD’s strategic requirements are met.

PMO establishes a centralized management structure for a group of projects in CureMD whilst being responsible for assured end to end management of projects.

Project Coordinators drive critical priorities for CureMD by leading and assisting in projects of all sizes. Drawing from your strong technical background, you work with a diverse team to manage projects from concept to implementation and keep CureMD-wide stakeholders informed as you go.

You get down into the details of complex analyses without losing sight of the overall objective. When working on multiple projects at once, you intuitively know which issues to highlight and can bring key decision-makers together to come up with effective solutions.

Once a project is completed, you're able to communicate the results and draw the key learnings for senior management. You are efficient and organized, making the most of everyone's abilities and holding the team to a high standard.

As a Project Coordinator in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will work closely with multiple groups across CureMD.

You will structure projects with your stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution, gather comprehensive requirements and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, working closely with our Development and Analysis teams.

You will lead complex systems design, implementation, and integration projects leveraging your technical expertise.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Scrum Masters in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
  • Facilitate Product Owners in Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Refinement, establishing and validating Definition of Done.
  • Host Scrum of Scrums Masters as a servant leader, effectively resolving cross-team impediments.
  • Ensure that teams understand and apply Scrum values, Agile Manifesto values and principles.
  • Help teams write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and break down tasks.
  • Keeping in close coordination with stakeholders for expectation management.
  • Assist in the documentation, planning, and reporting at sprint, release and project level.
  • Monitor sprint progress, impediments, success and failures for continuous improvement.
  • Train team members on Agile processes and practices to increase competency and value.
  • Provide project management tool support to the teams.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • BS degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience of working under agile methodologies and processes
  • Excellent skills in Azure DevOps, Jira, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) or similar environment for version control, reporting, requirements management, project management, build, testing and release management capabilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for management presentations
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • IT healthcare background knowledge will be preferable.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is required.
  • Proven ability to manage software projects and ensure objectives and commitments are met.
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks particularly Scrum Ceremonies and Practices.
  • Experience of serving cross-team Scaling Scrum under LeSS, Nexus or equivalent models.
  • Effectively training on Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) tracks.
  • Comfortable leading discussions in a cross-functional group to identify issues and resolutions.
  • Understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, service and security.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage product development.
  • Developed change management, team management, and communication skills.
  • Very effective interpersonal skills including motivation, persuasion, and collaboration.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
