Job DescriptionAs a Senior Content (QC) Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing, revising and editing 360training.

com’s online training courses to ensure content quality and alignment with industry standards. Our aim is to provide the best end-

user experience and you will be responsible for reviewing the product as a whole while keeping it aligned with the best industry practices and regulations.

You will be conducting course reviews by verifying and editing content, audio, images and suggesting course layout and functionality changes.

As part of a growing team, you will have ample of opportunity to take initiative and contribute past just fulfilling content requests.

You will be relied on to take an active role in documenting the best processes and procedures to support your team and report directly to the QA / QC Manager.

Benefits : This is a Contractual / Freelance position and you will be paid project wise.

A. Key Responsibilities :

  • Create course outlines, edit content and proofread to verify it against industry regulations
  • Use appropriate writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience
  • Work independently to fix content issues and help develop course content
  • Suggest and document revision to best practices, templates, and processes
  • Execute functional tests, verification tests according to QA Testing Plan
  • Document errors and regression testing to ensure errors are fixed / addressed appropriately
  • Work in collaboration with the QA and development team to create well organized, easy to understand and consistent courses using standardized processes and templates
  • B. Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Linguistics or English Literature preferred. Other areas of study providing a strong skill sets and experience in English writing and communications skills will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in content writing, content quality testing, editing and proofreading
  • A solid understanding of English language structures and editing
  • Excellent written communication skills in English languages (preferably US dialect)
  • Excellent online research skills and basic knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to succeed
  • Able to solve problems independently and works well with a team (team player)
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet rigorous deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
