  • Primary Product Focus is Home Care Division Products.
  • Managing (Planning & Executing) Secondary Sales (Sell Out) Strategies at Respective Channel is Key Responsibility.
  • Job Holder is Responsible for 5,487 Customers (Directly & Indirectly) with USD 1.19 Million Plan.
  • Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Value Delivery (Sell Out) Through Channel Partner Sales Team.
  • Monitoring / Managing Sales Team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which Include but not Limited to SKU Per Call , Effective Coverage & Bills Per Day .
  • Manage Trade Engagement Programs with Key Contributing Customers, very Critical Factor, as it Contributes 78% of Business.
