About the Job :

foodpanda offers many ways for the Vendor to grow and promote themselves on the platform, gain visibility and click conversion.

One way to grow is through Advertising on the foodpanda App. Vendors have the option to choose from different products that increase their visibility on the customer end.

The Ads Growth team is actively engaged in calling vendors with high potential, explaining the growth options, and booking their budget for this service.

Responsibilities :

  • Weekly and monthly target achievement
  • Team Building and management
  • Performance Tracking
  • Training and coaching the team
  • Performance reviews and Feedback Sessions
  • Reporting and presentation
  • Growth Planning and execution
  • Process improvement and Policy implementation
  • Consolidating Data and Knowledge bank
  • Disputes and Claims resolution
  • Vendor Comms and lead generation
  • Target Lists, shortlisting leads, and identifying revenue- potential
  • Requirements :

  • 3 + years experience in building and managing teams, achieving growth, operations management, process improvement, telesales and upselling,
  • BBA / MBA from a reputable university
  • Bias towards action and constant push for clarity and execution
  • High growth operations experience is preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills required
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and inter departmental
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
