We are changing the way Micron Technology thinks about Protection of Intellectual Property (IP) and are looking for experienced Information Administrators to help in this endeavor.
In this role you will be part of a fast-paced team focusing on intellectual property protection. As an Information Administrator in Technology Development you are responsible for safeguarding information assets inter operating or housed in a variety of solutions.
Embedded in a worldwide incubator for innovation, you’ll be directly collaborating with critical processes, engineers, Information Classification Managers from business teams, various IT teams, and Information Security teams.
Establish incrementally improve the department’s records architecture and business processes for usability and intellectual property controls
Develop and sustain solutions and processes that provide continuous assurance monitoring and reporting capabilities for greater IP protection assurance
Contribute to setting direction and incrementally improving controls to ensure consistency to department standards, corporate information governance and records policies
Support people processes and technology that make up the information classification and secure information handling requirements
Collaborate with the larger Micron communities of practice that support knowledge workers, information management and access controls to benchmark services and improve upon best known methods
Champion and train on solutions that increase team member efficiency as creators and stewards of Micron information
Participate in multi-functional teams for improving and handling change of new or significantly changed information and records management related solutions
Operationalize, streamline and automate procedures for efficiency, quality and consistency
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Records Management, Library Science or equivalent experience
2 years Administrative experience in any of the following :
Windows Active Directory, Microsoft O365 suite and Azure IP
Information repository or business intelligence reporting solutions
Access control, audit or assurance solutions
Information / Data / Records Architecture
Microsoft Flow and PowerApps
MS SQL Query and PowerShell Scripting
Robotic Process Automation
