At Techlogix we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking aSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Work closely with the HR Team and leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Ensure that talent pipeline is strong enough to support the current and future hiring needs.
Build and maintain a network through proactive market research, LinkedIn, talent assessment and job portals.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Support on various HR activities like employee engagement, learning and development and HR operations.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelors / Master’s degree in the relevant field
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred experience in IT industry or consultancy Background
Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledge of HR processes / Policies
