QisstPay is looking for an entrepreneurial spirited leader to help build and scale new revenue within the business. This role will play a major role in the growth of QisstPay by supporting strategic projects, programs and outcomes across the business.
This leader will be responsible for driving an ambitious vision along with the strategy and execution that drive results, playing a critical role in expanding QisstPay’s revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have proven success defining a revenue strategy and driving execution in ambiguity, a passion for creative and innovative solutions, and should be entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative.
What you’ll do :
Set the vision and lead the development of the sales, partnerships, and marketing teams while hunting enterprise accounts
Serve as an executive member of the team to drive overall strategy of revenue growth
Take the go-to-market strategy from inception to execution, from pricing to product / service offering
Create innovative co-marketing co-branded partnerships that produce win-win relationships for QisstPay and the partner
Find new verticals, platforms, and products to bring QisstPay revenue diversification
Build out a world-class team that can handle large-scale complex deals from negotiation to launch
Serve as voice of the merchant to help evolve our product capabilities and brainstorm creative win-win partnerships
Work with many different global and regional stakeholders including sales, product, and marketing teams to define business targets and opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, identify retailer needs, and brainstorm solutions
Work closely with QisstPay’s data and insights team to define a merchant data product and roll-out strategy, and leveraging QisstPay’s vast customer data to build engaging insights for retailers on an ongoing basis
What we look for :
A curious, ambitious sales leader with plenty of grit, creative thinking, and initiative, who has a deep understanding of the merchant journey and needs of the retailer
10+ years of sales, partnerships, business development, solution selling, management consulting, or strategic operations with a FinTech, banking, or payments product
Must have experience in the retail, banking, or e-commerce landscape
Highly developed communication skills and ability to establish relationships both internally and externally with senior decision-makers

Must be entrepreneurial across all aspects of business development, enterprise sales, and / or retail partnerships
Must have substantial commercial and negotiation experience
