Job Description :
Preparation of proposals and periodic updating of sector wise and service line wise pursuit decks.
Assist Account Teams to provide a full-service pursuit management
Initiate and complete the client acceptance, risk management and other periodic independence procedures
Receivables monitoring, billing coordination and follow-ups
Monitoring of timesheet submission status, utilization levels, staff allocation, leaves of staff members etc.
MIS review of finance and HR including timesheet submission, utilization rates, engagement recoveries, WIP booking, pursuit pipeline, CPE compliance reports etc.
Training rollout logistics of the department
Manage the department’s business relationship evaluation and tracking process
Serve as a facilitator / key contributor in pursuit strategy sessions, manages output and drives actions
Ensure the minimum performance measures
Handle the logistical matters of the department
Assist in development of strategic messaging and lead conceptualization of all client-facing pursuit collateral
Responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit
Be the first point of contact for all employees of department
Participate in relevant internal and external networks
Assist the client serving teams in performing sector research work
Manage or participate in other risk management and independence projects as required; and
Other duties as assigned.
