Befiler is looking for results-driven BDE / Telesales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities :

  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Document all call information according to SOPs.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying
  • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Tele-sales Representative / BDE of at least more than a year.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word & Excel
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent Listening Skills
  • Relationship management skills and open-ness to feedback
  • Multilingual will be preferred
