Befiler is looking for results-driven BDE / Telesales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities :

Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Document all call information according to SOPs.

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying

Requirements :

Proven work experience as a Tele-sales Representative / BDE of at least more than a year.

Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word & Excel

Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Excellent Listening Skills

Relationship management skills and open-ness to feedback

Multilingual will be preferred
