TITLE : Manager Talent Acquisition
LOCATION : Faisalabad, Pakistan
Ingredion (Rafhan Maize) is hiring Manager Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for shaping and supporting a value-based employer branding inside and outside the Company.
Develop and implement an online / offline Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with all stakeholders needs and corporate strategies to increase awareness of our employer brand to attract top talent for Pakistan business.
Provide HR Partnering support for Faisalabad.
As Manager Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include :
Talent Acquisition & Management
Responsible for developing and executing Rafhan Talent Acquisition strategyIdentify talent acquisition strategies of competitors and identifies actions to counter sourcing of Ingredion talentEnsures smooth execution of recruitment processes at Rafhan Maize i.
e. sourcing, testing, interviewing, counselling site managers on candidate selection, onboarding and conducting exit interview.
Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company’s exact staffing needsEnsure that our recruitment needs both immediate and future are met and that the best possible quality hires are identified.
Facilitate effective onboarding and new leaders accelerate program for new hiresBuild relationships with diverse sources of talent externally to ensure access to key talent segmentsPay close attention to trends to be able to help forecast both the quarterly and annual hiring needs breaking down by the company’s various departments.
Develop a Talent pool by creating long lasting relationships with both potential candidates and previous applicantsManage day-to-day external recruiting agency partner relationsIdentify and select recruitment firms to partner with in order to approach the market timely finding the key talents according to the business needs and functions in line with the global resourcing strategy.
Act as Recruiter for Pakistan business and ensure implementation of winning talent process in true letter and spirit.Collaborate with HR peers and business leaders to track and manage budgets related to talent acquisitions by monitoring advertising and agency spend.
Identify and understand evolving skills requirements. Plan and lead effort to develop and implement functional / technical competency framework for key functions in collaboration with the Manager OD& Development.
Integrate succession and talent plans with recruiting strategyUse metrics to analyze and compile summary reports and identify areas of improvement
Organization Effectiveness & Cultural Change
Work with Global, Regional and local HR peers to promote D&I culture.Identify the skills and capabilities needed to sustain long term organization performanceAct as a talent broker to ensure movement of talent and build organization capabilityManage and develop an internal and external employee referral programAssist in employee retention, engagement and development

Coordinate and conduct HR Marketing activities that are sharpening and promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) among our target audience - starting from career starters up to high professionals, e.
g. by developing and running target group specific external activities and career eventsCreate, edit, publish and share internet networking and social media content that builds meaningful connections and attracting the best talent for Rafhan Maize through our Social Media channelsEnsure continuity and consistency of our talent acquisition strategy to meet changing business needs and enhance our Employer brandAct as a brand promoter inside and outside of Company at events and conferencesParticipate in job fairs for talent acquisition.
Global Talent Management Network & Alignment
Facilitate alignment among Pakistan, EMEA and Corporate HR team to ensure consistent execution of Talent Acquisition processes.
Serve as the liaison with corporate team to implement continuous improvement to Talent system / process.Participate actively in the Global Talent Acquisition Network of peers in the other regions around the world and participate / lead global talent initiatives as required.
Support implementation of the global talent acquisition processes, tools and solutions to meet the evolving needs of organizational growth.

Qualified candidates will have :
Master’s Degree in a business or HR discipline required, MS or MBA preferred.7- 10 years’ experience as HR Generalist / Business Partner with 3 years of experience overseeing recruitment functionFamiliarity and working knowledge of applicant tracking systemsAble to balance conceptual and hands-on workShould have can do attitude and should be go getterHigh level of integrity
