About the Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team and run our Chatbot tool.
Chatbot tool owner - Analyze live chat and chatbot performance and devise strategies to increase the volume and quality of conversation qualified leads, conversions and won revenue.
Establish the best behavioral triggers and UX elements to effectively engage with prospects via chat.
Drive optimizations and automation using our chatbot solution, ensure we are getting the most out of the Drift platform, partnering with Drift team and our sales Prospecting Team.
Create custom Drift playbooks, provide performance reporting to stakeholders
Assist teammates on the platform with login issues or questions, gather user feedback.

Communicate well with stakeholders up and down the management chain.
Understand key performance metrics that drive a successful chat and chatbot programs, regularly monitor results, and communicate recommendations for improvement.
Directly contribute and be accountable to team and department goals and deliverables.
Serve as an expert consultant to the Global Demand Gen marketers to find ways to use the chatbot channel to help them achieve their goals.
Possess a continuous drive for learning to grow and expand knowledge of the chatbot channel.
Help other divisions learn and integrate the chatbot platform.
Work with the Demand Gen team and Prospecting team to create and maintain chat playbooks within the Drift platform.
Have strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple priority projects.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Preferred majors : Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business, Communications.
2 or more years of experience in an ecommerce, chat / bot, digital marketing or similar environment, preferably in support of finance or financial service industries
Excellent communication skills.
Direct experience working with chatbot platforms, preferably with the Drift tool. Understanding of chat flows and integration settings with marketing scoring models.
