Your Role :
Represent and be key voice for business needs and interests for existing and new products
Actively drive product development (applications / software) throughout the development lifecycle for the AExeo Suite of applications including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), extracts and reporting needs
Seamlessly works alongside and guide various stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent progress towards defined objectives and product roadmap
Contributes to major initiatives such as next-generation AExeo (A5), new technology migrations (HVR), and enhancements like Cryptocurrencies and LIBOR transition and general system enhancements
Independently project manage multiple, and often conflicting, requests from an equally diverse number of stakeholders and effectively prioritize and communicate prioritizes across the collective team
Contributes to future development pipeline by identifying, analyzing and documenting changes or enhancements for data and reporting and communicates appropriate priority
Openly engages and effectively communicates with clients and internal users to solicit the right information and efficiently synthesize requirements
Reviews and understands proposed changes to interrelated systems, adopts a true integration approach, and identifies impact as well as downstream deliverables from dependent platforms like Data Services and EDW
Collaborates closely with IT to ensure what is built and the product developed meets the needs of the business today and in the future, and provides feedback / critique
Spearheads UAT / User Acceptance Testing and seeks ways to automate testing efforts and provides on-going guidance and resources to the Quality Assurance / QA teams
Provides or supports escalation for Production issues and orients / advises Support and IT Teams
Demonstrates functionality and features succinctly and effectively for various audiences virtually or in in-person meetings
Authors value-add documentation including FAQs, Release Notes and Memos / Briefs
About You :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing & developing financial related product / services including demonstrated experience bringing together multiple stakeholders and effectively representing multiple users, understanding the business / market needs or relatable operational experience
Excellent communicator and ability to connect with people at all levels internally and externally plus have a comfort level interfacing and collaborating with technical IT members
Solid understanding of Citco Fund Services and the overall product landscape
Familiarity and comfort working with legacy and new transactional post-investment and reporting platforms
Direct experience with Fund Accounting & Operations and servicing Alternative Investments Managers
Familiarity with Agile Software Development; willingness to certify
Experience in test planning and / or execution desirable
Self-starter, hard-working and committed
Quick-learner and ability to proactively anticipate next steps
Possesses an affinity for mathematics and technology
Any experience with code languages, data modeling and / or macro creations, a plus
