Responsibilities :

Support the Home Chefs Vertical in driving growth in alignment with the

country / organizational strategy

Assist with country home Chefs strategy creation, success metric alignment, and

ongoing execution to enable the enhancement and growth of the vertical locally

Work closely with Logistics, Vendor Management, Operations, Finance and the country

leadership team to create compelling business cases for Home chefs project within the


Work with the operations, vendor and BI teams to select and liaise with home chefs for

overall market strategy, cuisine gaps and growth opportunities

Support day to day unit performance across the country, and ensure Home chefs are

engaged and successful

Support home chefs, ensuring needs are addressed and engage the vendor account

manager as required

Assist Creative Design and Regional team in menu development and local integration

Oversee and support the vertical growth through pilot test inception / creation and

market integration in conjunction with the home chefs and APAC Regional Team

Reports into the Category Head Home Chefs.

What we are looking for :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or relevant.

Min. 3 years of relevant experience with P&L responsibility

Needs to be very mobile and comfortable with extended travelling all over Pakistan.

Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and product integrations

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Self-learner mentality

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Prior experience in start-up is preferred
