The PCI-DSS Specialist works with all Afiniti organizational units in identifying and establishing specific measures for implementing Afiniti PCI-DSS Compliance program.
Be the primary point of contact on PCI compliance.
Report PCI compliance status on a regular basis to Afiniti Leadership
Interact with relevant Afiniti departments to ensure ongoing compliance with PCI-DSS requirements
Identify compliance gaps with Afiniti Information Security policies and procedures related to PCI-DSS requirements
Stay current on PCI DSS requirements, best practices, and industry trends and lead ongoing PCI awareness program
Schedule, plan, and coordinate the annual PCI-DSS compliance review and remediation process.
Conduct and assist in internal security audit for internal audits of different departments.
Initiate required initiatives to improve compliance processes
Coordinating security activities with other personnel or departments
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of reporting and usability of that Communicate to senior management, through reports, presentations, metrics and other documentation, any compliance risks identified.
Knowledge on latest cyber security industry trends and impact on PCI-DSS compliance.
Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience working in a compliance role in a complex organization.
Understanding of information systems and networking diagrams
Vendor management experience.
Project Management or Business Analysis experience.
Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines;
Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with cross functional teams
Good team player and manage various stakeholders
Keen observer and pays attention to Details
Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Cybersecurity). A combination of education and years of experience may be substituted and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
