What you’ll be doing :
You will be responsible for architecting and delivering the short, mid and long term shipping model for our Asia Pacific domestic and international markets.
This will involve :
1. Defining and optimising for any combination of delivery providers.
2. Ensuring scalable systems and processes, as well as the necessary reporting and data capture through our various partners to be able to provide an excellent delivery experience at scale.
This will require strong coordination between our tech, product, CX teams as well as external parties.
3. Putting in place the requisite contracts, SLAs, performance management metrics and processes with all 3rd parties required to achieve the above.
