This role reports functionally into Po1 Revenue Manager and serves as key NRM business partner for both Food and Beverage business.
This position drives consumer penetration and category profit pool growth, by executing optimized pack-price architectures, driving product mix plans across brands and regions, and managing trade spend effectively.
Assistant Revenue Manager is responsible for developing strengthened NRM capability and governance to ensure that Revenue Management becomes an embedded way of doing business across all regions.
This includes partnering closely with Sales / Franchise, Marketing, Finance to align stakeholders, set annual and periodic targets, establish robust processes, performance guidelines and drive the agenda.
This involves developing strategic insights for plan preparation, alignment with stakeholders and routine tracking to enable the business deliver on its financial objectives across key metrics of volume, revenue, and profitability.
Lead monthly NRM council with Sales / Franchise, Planning, and Marketing teams for regular monitoring of NRM initiatives, share insights into performance vs.
plan and prior year, project performance, develop and align any strategic NRM recommendations for balance of year.
Timely highlight any expected performance gap, align, and drive interventions to enable the business to deliver planned targets.
Process / Systems development : Develop and integrate business processes and reporting systems to utilize SAP and business intelligence tools that provide insights, information and equips the business to take timely, informed decisions to drive efficiencies and deliver financial targets.
Qualifications / Requirements
Qualifications : Key degree in Accounting / Business Administration CA / ACCA / MBA Finance
Skills : Strong working knowledge of the methodologies and tools adopted for revenue management. Financial and Management Reporting Business Fundamentals
Experience : 7+ years of experience in finance and / or commercial preferably within FMCG.
Proven & confident influencer at all levels in the business
Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms
Needs to be an excellent networker with quick ability to know functional stakeholders to drive NRM agenda
Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Project Management ability to scope and plan for key deliverables and execute in different phases of projects
