Responsible to manage and control the product management activities of assigned group of products in country level, e.g.
marketing plan, budget, marketing activities, product knowledge, forecasting, feasibility medical support, new product launch and strategy development in order to ensure that activities carried out are in line with the approved plan and budget to achieve the agreed sales target in accordance with corporate compliance.
Marketing Plan and Sales Performance Management
Create marketing plan and strategies, cascade and evaluate all strategies and marketing action of assigned group of products to ensure performance achieve the agreed sales target.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Align with global or regional marketing programs in country level and do closed coordination and reporting.
Promotional Activities and Budget Management
Prepare annual promotional expense budget forecasting
Manages and control sales and marketing promotional activities of the assigned group of products in line with marketing plan and strategies
Ensure that the activities carried out are in accordance to the approved plan and budget as a support to field force to achieve the agreed sales target of the assigned group of products and still in line with corporate compliance
Implement global or regional marketing programs in country level.
Field Force Knowledge Support
Ensure field force product knowledge by provides product and marketing program trainings collaborate with GCO.
Sales Forecasting and Supply Management
Prepare 5 years rolling forecast, annual sales forecast of IMS by value and units. Collaborate with supply team to ensure availability of the assigned group of products in plan and distributor site.
Handle product complaints.
Feasibility Medical Support
Manage medical services support needed in order to ensure marketing activities and promo material tolls carried out are in corporate compliance.
Collaborate with medical to identify and established Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) of the assigned group of products.
Ready for New Product Launch and Strategy Development
Prepare new product launching.
Find opportunities for new product development and new market opportunity for existing products.
B-Pharmacy / Pharm-D / MBBS will be consider additional qualification
3+ Years Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience
Pharmaceutical Sales Management Experience
Experience and medical understanding of the following medical areas of assigned group of products an advantage
Strong communications skills in both Urdu and English
Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
Familiar with windows, internet and PowerPoint presentations
Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills
Excellent in managing complexity : prioritization, project management, working as virtual team
Strong ability to lead cross functional teams and collaboration skills to deliver on time and within budget
