Position Title : Area Manager- (Key Accounts & Trade)

Line Manager : Geography Sales Manager

Role type : Permanent

Location : Karachi, Head Office

Job Purpose :

Area Manager oversees the distribution and trade management strategy for the Unilever Food Solutions portfolio and builds a strong relationship with the key business accounts to meet the planned targets and drive them towards completion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and Develop the relationship with the Distributor / trade.
  • Develop, implement and optimize the trade and HoReCa strategy.
  • Joint business planning with business partners and modern trade to meet business objectives
  • Manage customer operations.
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with the trade
  • Drive Quarterly negotiations and promotional plans with your customers
  • Lead key competitor analysis in the region. Input into the S&OP process including forecasting.
  • Education & Work Experience :

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • A Business degree preferably in Sales or Marketing
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Business development / Modern Trade sales management experience
  • B2B experience- HoReCa
  • Experience within the Foods category.
