Job responsibilities :

  • Manage day to day business of fulfilment while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, quality assurance & etc.
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement..
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
  • Oversee and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
  • Establish and maintains credible, professional relationships with vendors and internal business lines.
  • Support training programs for fresh handlers and manage Transport Vendors and their billings.
  • Works closely with the Management Team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
  • Work closely with the Category Manager on timely execution of Fresh and FMCG deliveries.
  • Requirements :

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce or Q-Commerce companies.
  • Degree in Business / Management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentations skills.
  • Hands on expertise on MS Office.
