Key Purpose :

  • Accelerate business growthby Developing Sales Capability and skills to a level significantly higher thanthe competition.
  • Develop local Bench Strength in Sales
  • Assure high performing sales organization overseeingall components (together with HR and Sales Director) of Mondelēz talentmanagement framework
  • PrincipalAccountabilities / Responsibilities :

    Capability Building

  • Identify desired level of Functional and Behaviouralcompetence for the Sales Force alongside Head of Sales and HR using competencyassessment tools and develop action plans to fill identified competency gaps
  • Develop (in cooperation with the regional SalesCapability, local Sales LT and HR) appropriate Sales Training programs andtools, including Sales On-Boarding programs
  • Organize and deliver training programs and implementtools at the Mondelez Sales Force and Distributors
  • Continuously benchmark sales training practices inMondelez against competitors and other BU’s
  • Support a Train The Trainer approach in order tomultiply the effect of the training programs
  • Support the implementation of Sales Career Framework;and development of local Bench Strength
  • Support individual development and career plans
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skillsand Experience Required

    Knowledge including : education, qualifications andtraining

  • University degreein Sales and Marketing
  • Proficiency in MSoffice.
  • Skills General :

  • Experience :

  • 3-5years of experience in sales and commercial role.
  • Experienceof working in multicultural teams and environment.
  • TeamPlayer, ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.
  • StrongCommunication and Presentation skills.
  • Problemsolving : Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative andpractical solutions in dynamic environment.
