Specifically, you will be responsible to :

  • develop research instruments for new projects according to their objectives
  • manage office schedules of principal investigator (PI) and Co-PI
  • ensure validity of data collected from the field
  • maintain proper records and documentation for PI and study projects
  • coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth facilitation
  • assist supervisor in visiting different hospital facilities to brief them about the purpose of the study
  • facilitate regular meeting arrangements, take meeting minutes, and arrange logistics
  • ensure proper implementation of intervention
  • assist supervisors in carrying out day to day field tasks
  • perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, PI, or departmental manager
  • prepare monthly / quarterly project and meeting reports
  • facilitate team learning and development initiatives.
  • You should have :

  • a minimum of M.S in computer science or any other relevant degree. MBAs will be preferred
  • a minimum of two to three years of experience in administrative role
  • basic computer software knowledge
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities tasks efficiently
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • resilience and ability to cope under pressure
  • the enthusiasm to work in different communities
  • the ability to work effectively in teams
  • exceptional report writing skills
  • strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
