Job Description
Responsibilities include :
New Business Development - target and approach potential clients globally, build contacts within these companies and manage the ongoing business.
Account Management own and manage a portfolio of existing clients, grow and build long term relationships within these accounts, expand into new divisions and introduce additional service offerings.
Achieve Key Performance targets consistently exceed the required number of calls, meetings, execution of agreements, new clients and revenue targets.
Networking & Lead Management - connecting, sourcing potential companies through various mediums and initiating potential lead in to dealings and sales.
Develop and executive strategies that maximize growth in the International Trade Space
Manage handoff of innovative business ideas to select and prioritize relevant opportunities and conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities
Develop new sales relationships to increase revenue volume via cold calling, networking etc
Identify and exploit business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Ensure 100% usage of the company’s CRM system, accurately recording all customer interactions

The successful candidate will have :
Proven track record of sales and KPI achievement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and a good team player.
A desire to succeed and be part of a great team.
Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard, with strong attention to detail.
Be effective at closing sales to achieve targets and KPI’s
Confident and competent in MS Office and CRM databases
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Have a professional telephone manner
Have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload
Strong negotiation skills with have excellent communication skills in English. Persuasive with facts and details. Excellent interpersonal skills.
