About the role
The Student Recruitment Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Admissions and the wider marketing and admissions team in the execution and evaluation of marketing strategies that contribute to growth of student enrolments at Deakin College.
The position will also be required to work closely and in conjunction with the wider Navitas team and Deakin University representatives in Pakistan.
A key focus of this role will be in implementing strategies to drive increased student enrolments from Pakistan. This will be achieved through the development of appropriate marketing materials, ongoing training and management of agents, attendance at key recruitment events and expos, responding to enquiries from prospective students and the tactical execution of enquiry conversion strategies.
The Student Recruitment Manager is expected to engage in travel across Pakistan and travel and Deakin University campuses as required.
Key Responsibilities :
Conversion rates will be a key performance indicator.
Where needed, submitting proposals, with data and analysis, to the DMA to improve the overall offer to the market.
