We are currently looking for a Business Manager Digital to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for to maintain relationships with the brand teams.

you will work closely with the Managing Director Mindshare and Chief Digital Officer to devise digital strategies for a portfolio of brands.

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Integrated effectively and in good manner with clients, teams, vendors and partners
  • Understood the Agency and client’s overall business, Mindshare’s vision and ambition, our agency business model and the media industry.
  • Understood the Agency structure, role of and functioning of various verticals and tools.
  • Completely immersed in GroupM and Mindshare processes
  • Understood what needs to be accomplished by your team to achieve client and agency goals and ensuring the team is aligned with it.
  • In six months :

  • Secured a Trusted Advisor relationships with clients, based on your on-point recommendations, overseeing these to flawless execution and applying client servicing and media planning best practices.
  • Clearly crafted roadmap for growth of each digital vertical within the team (Planning / Performance / Programmatic).
  • Managed your team effectively to ensure client media KPIs are achieved within agreed timeline and budget with minimal intervention from your direct manager.
  • Ensure client concerns are handled regularly with problem solving any issues.
  • Ensure each team member has clear goals and KPIs and establish ground-rules to ensure efficiency and success.
  • Ensures client budgets are in line with agency revenue goals and you contribute to new business projects. Setting the digital way-forward for brands, setting the digital direction.
  • In 12 months :

  • Grown existing client brands by selling ideas and company products to the client that are in line with their business goals.
  • Map out new media / content / Tech / E-commerce opportunities that can lead to award winning pieces of work.
  • Mentored and trained your team to be better at their core skills.
  • Have contributed to the Mindshare culture through participation and behavior that aligns to the Mindshare values.
  • What your day job looks like at Mindshare :

  • Oversee strategy development and drive new platforms and technologies. Act as the functional expert and become the planners lead partner to attend, present and provide counsel at all significant client meetings.
  • Help in deciding on platforms with respect to campaign objectives and guide on overall planning accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot execution bottlenecks and oversee timely deployment as well as KPI delivery.
  • Oversee target achievement and annual KPI deliverables.
  • Act as a lead for the team and develop good working relationships with client teams to achieve mutual goals.
  • Lead and maintain responsive working relationships on the category to identify potential opportunities

  • What you’ll bring :

  • A solid knowledge of digital media, search / social / video / display- platforms, audience planning, data, analytics, programmatic buying (or a role that covers above knowledge areas).
  • A track record of delivering exceptional digital work for clients or as a client.
  • Ability to conduct client / team trainings / workshops while managing and grooming team members.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience in audience planning and performance marketing will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a BBA / MBA from a reputable university of equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience leading Digital Media Marketing at scale with a solid team management experience.
