HireNinja is a fast growing technology startup headquartered in F11 Islamabad, Pakistan. Founded in 2015, HireNinja is a small team of 20 coding and design ninjas who developed web and mobile applications used by over 100 million users world wide.

For the first time, HireNinja is building its own product for a Pakistani real estate industry by the name of XSTATE. XSTATE is an online real estate brokerage firm to target oversees Pakistani to help invest in real estate in Islamabad.

Hence, we are looking to hire our first Sales and Marketing lead to join our ninja family.

This position is a partial commission sales position which will be converted to 100% commission based after 6 months. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to get on the phone, ready to learn and ready to earn.

About the role :

As VP of Marketing, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team and will lead our growth efforts in 2020 and beyond.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a lead-gen strategy to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel while hitting target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and high ROI across multiple channels.

You will achieve immediate and long-term high-growth revenue goals that will make a big impact on our business. You will have a great deal of influence in the shaping of our marketing organization.

What you'll be doing :

  • Establish a scalable inbound lead generation strategy and manage a team that executes growth initiatives
  • Drive high growth of a significant ARR base in a company that is committed to supporting the sales team with pipeline building.
  • Create strategies and campaigns, concepting, architecting and deploying omni channel campaigns focused on awareness and conversion to sales and audience engagement.
  • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities
  • Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations.
  • What would make you a strong fit for the role?

  • 10+ years of experience with a widespread knowledge of the full marketing stack and indepth knowledge of demand generation.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing organization with superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate our existing and future talent.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and and understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth.
  • A demonstrated history of being a team player, and desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed.
  • Passionate about marketing, sales, business, teams and especially winning.
