As a Configuration Analyst at CureMD, you shall be the part of a dynamic team, solving problems that our clients face. This could involve enabling a feature, getting one developed by our software engineers, fixing a bug in the software or training them on its correct workflow.
It’s all about your comportment, where you shall need to build and maintain a rapport with clients by earning their trust and presenting yourself as an expert on the subject matter at hand.
To be a successful Analyst you need to be able to quickly identify the client’s problem, effectively communicate the resolution and use your judgment to offer the best possible solution.
Bachelor’s degree / A-levels from a reputable institution.
Proficient in oral English with a neutral or native accent, as well as written English with excellent grammatical skills.
Experience of client communication via email and phone
Providing prompt, efficient, detailed and customer-oriented resolution to any complications faced by CureMD clients.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with clients.
Demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency and follow-up on client issues.
Exceed customer experience by going the extra mile, and ensure they feel valued.
Follow the company policies and SOPs while processing client requests.
Actively log all client interactions in support tickets and follow-up on cases created to fix a bug or to add a feature.
Assume responsibility for developing knowledge of all services CureMD offers.
Effectively manage time, with the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize the duties assigned.
