Position Summary

Drive excellence in employee health across the factory. Implementation of a Market Health Strategy at Site with appropriate objectives, measures and targets.

A day in the life of...

  • Facilitate cascading of the vision to the employee Health and inspire employees to embrace health as a value, excel in compliance & continuously improve.
  • Champion a behavioral approach to health.

  • Implementation of Nestlé Health Policies and Standards. Develop and continuously improve health programs, practices and tools, to deliver compliance and performance improvement.
  • Follow up for reduction of gaps if any.

  • Ensure training & coaching is provided to employees and team leaders to help them to take ownership, and lead & manage employee health within their area of responsibility.
  • Ensure employees receive trusted guidance & support on identifying, assessing and managing health risk factors and opportunities, and on case management.
  • Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé, and communicated them internally.

  • Coordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient employee health services, eg fitness for task, health surveillance, follow up in closing health risk gaps.
  • Leverage Health Surveillance and other tools to collect and analyse health-related information, monitor performance and improve health of employees

    What will make you successful

  • M.B.B.S degree
  • Experience in the Occupational Health Department
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Capacity to manage independently under challenging / demanding market environment and to be a team player in order to achieve goals
