To identify risks, to maintain an effective control environment, to ensure compliance with laws, and to achieve the objectives Risk Management Framework’ and Operational Risk Framework’ and any audit, reviews or investigations or inspections.
This position reports to Sr. Facility Manager’ and is responsible for complete monitoring and reporting data as per description.
Your responsibilities will include :
Participating in meetings and trainings of the company’s workplace OR and SPM Assurance’ process as and when appropriate and documents minutes of meeting on share point.
Developing, administering, supporting and maintaining quality assurance procedures and activities required to ensure the Workplace OR and SPM’ processes are complaint with applicable quality standards and timelines.
Establishing quality assurance and quality control inspection and testing procedures on periodic basis.
Producing ad-hoc reports or PPT’ as requested by senior manager.
Liaising with senior management and team members to provide support where necessary.
Contributing to continually improving the Macro’ assurance processes and procedures to avoid manual re-work where ever possible.
Ensuring a clear audit trail of all procurement process undertaken by team.
Organising stake holder management, follow-up and monitoring.
Sound understanding of agreements and key performance indicators.
Submitting monthly key performance indicators report and presentation.
Coordinating with HR’ for on-boarding of banking non employed workers and their screening process.
Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include :
With excellent skills in stake holder management.
Good in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Good in English speaking and writing.
Preferred for previous experience in multinational firms. (Like office secretary, business planning manager)
A degree qualification is preferred.
