EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Be a Medical / Health Sciences Graduate with specialization in Microbiology, Infectious Diseases or Public Health
Hold experience in AI disease management for the past 5-10 years
Demonstrate advanced skills to handle a range of complex relationships / issues / multiple projects simultaneously
Have proven influential skills
Have strong interpersonal and networking skills with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of GSK and external stakeholders
Hold degree and / or relevant experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus
Have an understanding of the healthcare system, its relevant processes, political and economic environment experience in / knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
Be knowledgeable of key policy issues facing GSK.
Have good command of spoken & written English

Promotional practice and medical governance
Partner with the LOC management and team to deliver business support on anti-infective portfolio
Application of GSK’s policies, principles and standards to ensure promotional practices are ethical, accurate, balanced and support appropriate use of our products.
Ensure that all scientific information communicated with the local communicates and authority about the use of the anti-infective portfolio is consistently communicated and maintained on a global positioning.
Review and approve the local materials and artwork as per GSK SOP and medical positioning of the anti-infective portfolio.
Partner with local External Experts and initiate scientific discussion.
Prepare and conduct training on anti-infective portfolio to GSK staff and third parties on the related medical updates.
