Access Innovation Manager

Reports to

Healthcare Innovation & Pricing Lead

Time Allocation

Office work 60% and Fieldwork 40%

Purpose

Strategic Position to devise and implement innovative solutions for extending access to patients

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan & Implement strategies & tactics for Innovative access projects
  • Assist in the launch of Private insurance, microfinance & healthcare startup projects
  • Media Related Activities.
  • Work on Corporate branding & image building projects
  • Digital marketing plans development & operational execution.
  • Relationship management with Internal & External stakeholders
  • Work Closely with Commercial & Medical function to define access needs, objectives, challenges & priorities.
  • Budget forecasting & management for Access function
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines
  • Responsible to report incident / accident immediately to SHE department. Attend / complete all requisite online and F2F training (Role-
  • specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented in his / her area.

  • Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety-related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
  • Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical) as per the Local CoreMap policy.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
  • Master’s degree (MBA Marketing) is preferable
  • EXPERIENCE

    2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Advertising or related industry
