We are looking for an experienced, well connected, organized International Recruitment Officer in India to join our growing Sales team and take our company and platform to the next level!
In this role, you will :
On a daily basis, work with field sales to help improve the company's overall sales funnel conversion. This a high-performance role requiring you to be in touch with the assigned Recruitment Partners and help them with student application tasks which will drive the sales conversion.
The role will include Inbound / Outbound calling; Whatsapp group communication channels; Recruitment Partner communications to ensure an end to end hassle-free experience.
The candidate should ideally have at least 1+ years of experience in any industry. Experience in the study abroad education industry is an asset.
The person should have strong communication skills and excellent command over the English language. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
