Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Specialist to join our Service Execution team on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for Aftermarket Services of Kiln and other rotary equipment in Middle East countries.
You will be working in Service Execution with a group of high professional Engineers.
Asses physical condition of Kiln and Mill components which needs to be machined and evaluate amount of machining.
Do physical measurements and record before and after dimensions of the components
Execute In-situ grinding as per job description with safety and quality.
Ensure required surface finish is established and recorded.
Do final adjustment based on final measurement after machining to ensure proper alignment of Kiln and Mill.
To ensure Quality and Safety while executing the job and follow FLS standards.
Responsible for handling and maintaining Grinding and measurement tools.
Responsible for completing the job within the agreed time frame with customer.
Documentation - site reports / measurement sheet / MOM and final presentation.
Interpret engineering drawing, site conditions & deriving methods at the site for all critical works.
Prepare and deliver final presentation to customer about observation and findings.
What you Bring
Mechanical graduate / Diploma Engineer with 3 / 6 years of experience in Cement and Mining Plants.
Working experience in Machining shops is added advantage.
Good knowledge about rotary Equipment and Maintenance practices.
Experience in handling machining tools, workshop practices and measuring tools.
Good team player and able to lead a small team of technicians.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Good understanding about site safety and Quality Standards
Working experience with different OEM machine is an added advantage.
Good understanding about workshop and manufacturing process.
Willing to work near the hot kiln with higher temperatures and harsh conditions
Able to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Knowledge about Kiln axial balancing and support roller adjustments activities.
Willingness to travel across the region.
Capable of handling troubleshooting jobs in kiln / dryers.
Able to do planning and scheduling of Kiln shutdown activities
