In this role, you will actively engage with Quixel customers to provide solutions, direction, and assist with general and technical troubleshooting.
You will be responsible for resolving customer issues Note : The Job timings for this role will be 4 pm-12 am Pakistan time
In this role, you will
Troubleshoot incoming support requests this involves reading log files, reproducing issues in various DCC tools, getting a complete and thorough understanding of the technical aspects surrounding all Quixel products
Respond to support requests via multiple channels and follow documented processes
Relay unresolved issues to senior team members as required
Research, verify, and document product issues
Actively handle the personal backlog of support requests
Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on the progress
Remain informed on development efforts and improvements across Quixel products
Assist in the fundamental development and maintenance of our internal / external knowledge base
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required
Interest in creating artwork using 3D tools
Logical and analytical skills, with a strong desire to solve complex and challenging problems
People-minded : empathizes with customers and responds customer issues with the intent of giving a solution

What we’re looking for
Computer science or equivalent Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Knowledge of game engines (UE4, Unity, etc) and 3D tools (Maya, 3ds Max, etc)
Knowledge and interest in the fundamentals of computer graphics
Effective written and verbal communication skills
