We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to manage HR-related queries and to support in Filed related activities Job Role and Duties :
Coordinate with project-related activities, resources, equipment, and information
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with project schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Management of HR related queries of the Internal / External staff
Monitor assigned project progress and handle any issues that arise
Use tools to monitor staff's working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Proven work experience in HR / Project Coordinator or similar role
What are we looking for? A confident, charismatic, and driven person who has the ability to nurture teams and a keen customer care focus,
Minimum 5-7 years of experience and minimum 2 years working in a field related projects
Bachelors in social sciences (Management / Human Resources / Business)
Expertise in Excel and outstanding presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
