You'll need all design skills to develop the visual language Afiniti demands. You will need to be able to work to a brief for a creative design project from ideation till the final delivery.
You’ll partner with lead designers to define and deliver new collateral, graphics, iconography, typography, test new concepts and collaborate on brand positioning.
Precision is hallmark of the Afiniti brand, therefore details are critical as you iterate on complex ideas, pixel-perfect visual products and the presentation of all external brand creative. Key Responsibilities
Assist fellow graphic designers and the Creative Services Manager in the development of materials as needed
Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics using existing designed templates or create from scratch
Communicate status of projects to team members regularly, and obtain status updates from external print vendors as needed
Keeping up-to-date with modern design trends in graphic industry
Be primary and immediate resource for Creative Services Manager
Perform basic production work, and other support duties as assigned by the leads
Understand Afiniti branding guidelines and utilize the knowledge in all creative projects
Ability to work on Presentation Decks and to create these from scratch using Powerpoint or keynote
Experience and Skill Set
At least 2 years of proven commercial experience as a Senior Designer or similar
A unique portfolio that sets you apart from the competition - that proves you are a creative leader not a follower
Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Should be well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & XD)
Essential understanding of print processes / offset printing, especially about designing large sized banners and backdrops is compulsory
Interest in typographic skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate creative ideas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Automatic understanding of how to set up design assets to optimize work
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Natural creative eye, refined by years of creative research
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Manage time effectively, to multi-task and meet deadlines
Education and Qualifications
