Emburse has been continuously growing and expanding in all areas of the globe. To keep up with our growth, we are adding a Talent Acquisition Manager to our Human Resources Team to source and hire strong talent! As Emburse's Talent Acquisition Manager, you play a critical role in growing our teams.

You will be responsible for continuously sourcing talent and guiding both candidates and hiring managers through our interview process from beginning to end.

You'll use your customer service skills to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and your interpersonal skills in fostering relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage job requisitions and ensure updated job descriptions are on file
  • Review, identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit talented professionals
  • Continuously source for great talent using applicable social media platforms as it pertains to the role
  • Foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment compliance and best practices
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process; providing timely and clear updates to candidates and hiring managers
  • Attending recruiting events to build our candidate pipeline
  • Ensuring background checks are initiated and completed prior to candidate's start date
  • Pull reporting metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process changes and improvements
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple teams
  • Knowledgeable of different recruiting compliance regulations throughout the U.S.; experience recruiting in countries outside of the U.S. is a plus!
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability to navigate through ambiguous scenarios
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly for changing priorities
