We are currently looking for energetic, hustling, street smart and data oriented individuals to join our Commercial Team as Senior Business Development Manager - Islamabad.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage & Lead the City’s Sales Team and onboard all inventory (restaurants) on foodpanda.
  • Training, Monitoring & Evaluation of reporting teams.
  • Getting all A , B & C category vendors on-board on the platform.
  • Manage inventory of the city / Area and make sure the inventory is optimized on Sales Force , live and growing each month from the previous month.
  • Daily Monitoring of the onboarded restaurants and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants is timely Activated.
  • Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Ensure monthly growth in orders from your relevant city through New Vendor Onboarding, Existing Inventory Optimization and activation
  • Following are the KPIs for Senior BDM :
  • Daily Stand-Up Sales Call
  • Weekly Stand-Up Sales Calls
  • Weekly Individual Meeting with Sales Rep
  • Weekly Field Sales Call
  • Meeting and Signing Strategic key Vendors ( A category Vendors ) in particular area / City and get them on board.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must Be willing to work on Field.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • You are a natural hustler.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
