About the Role :
The position plays a pivotal role in the performance management and governance of performance models at Telenor Pakistan.
It involves monitoring month on month growth, deriving insights from performance metrics and suggesting action plans to improve KPIs.
Your Impactful Goals will include :
Performance Management and governance of the pay for performance models (CBOM, Arrear etc.) of National, Circle and Regions and deep dive for improvement in the model
Analyze the Digital Reports to improve the business and bring overall efficiency
Develop performance metrics based on changing trends of the Business and Distribution
Preparation of monthly / Quarterly / Yearly business direction plans based on the analysis to determine micro opportunities of improvement
CEO and CMO performance review and Battle Room Management
Support circle teams by giving Business insights and actionable points
Monitoring of growth at Circle & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis and ensuring governance and curbing the ill practices.
Develop & maintain / improve KPI & commissioning policy for sales team to help achieve desired business objectives
How will your Typical Day look like :
To come up with actionable insights by performing in-depth study and building strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators
Re define GSM / I&D / FS KPIs so that they focus on the company’s must win battles and bring quality customer to the company’s base
To review the payouts of the staff and franchise based on their performance with accuracy
Analyze outputs for accuracy and relevance with the management / regional requirements and formulate these into meaningful analysis / Insights
Translating data into actionable insights
Data cross tabs, trend analysis, Number Crunching, Data quality check, numbers validation, data Archiving.
Conduct market research and derive actionable finding for sales team.
Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to get market shares.

What we're looking for :
Education : Minimum Bachelors in Business. MBA will be preferred
Work experience : 2 3 years Telco experience in product planning, channel planning and analytics will be preferred.

Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible
Excellent storytelling skills in English (both verbal & written)
Data Interpretation & Quantitative skills
Strong Analytical skills
Strong in MS Office (Power-point, Word, Access and Excel)
Telco Business / Distribution / B2B / B2C model knowledge
Process oriented approach towards problem solving
Should be able to analyze, understand and recommended solutions to complex problems
Ability to carry out analysis and develop actionable insights for the team
