Lead Market Technology Solutions Limited is running a BPO which handles UK based projects specifically in Personal Injury Claims.
LMTS is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can manage independently own workload to ensure contribution to the company and within team, for the positions of Customer Care Representative.
Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent

Written : By able to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures.
Verbal : fluent speaker with Neutral / British ascent preferred , appropriate use of tenses
Listening : Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.
Must have Good Command on English Language and Basic Compute Skills
Must be Able to work 5 day a week.
Call Center Experience is Plus.

Timing : 01 : 00 PM to 09 : 30 PM.Winters : 02.00 PM to 10.30 PM Fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent
