We produce and distribute hyper-localised fitness content through our app and web products, targeting women and aim for our users to get hooked onto them.

Job Overview :

We’re looking for a young, energetic & highly motivated Digital Marketing Lead who is well-versed in Performance Marketing and Digital Analytics with 4-5 years of experience in creating & optimizing campaigns across the various channels including Facebook, AdWords (Search, Display), YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

Job Description :

  • 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Hacking and Digital Marketing.
  • Technical experience required with marketing technology, analytics and CRM tools such as : Payment Methods, Facebook Marketing API, Salesforce, Google Ads, GA, SEO tools etc.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets to ensure targeted goals are met.
  • Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape including Facebook AdWords (Search, Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
  • Collaborating with the content team
  • Setting up & optimizing GA goals and FB, Adwords conversion tracking.
  • Ensuring that leads are converted into consumers through well-crafted campaigns and close partnership with the sales department.
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter
  • Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field
  • Sound knowledge of performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and / or other tracking software
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing / retargeting campaigns, and display advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven
