We are looking for someone who has experience in sourcing and procurement and have sufficient experience driving sourcing plans and achieving targets.

The person should have strong communication skills and should be able to converse freely with internal and external stakeholders.

What does Service Delivery Manager do?

Develop a thorough understanding of the Jazz Procurement policies & processes

Develop a thorough understanding of the Sourcing and Logistics processes

Should be able to navigate Oracle EBS and ESS Suite pertaining to S2P and related modules with ease

Have a sound understanding of project management principles and able to demonstrate it in practical.

Should be able to converse with Category Managers, follow up on sourcing and initiatives and develop dashboards of performance spanning the S2P value chain (SLAs, etc.)

Should be able to run procurement diagnostics based on input from Oracle and other systems

Perform Spend Analysis on Categories and share with CM, Management and End User

Report Savings obtained from Sourcing initiatives and other programs executed by Procurement

Ensure development of Procurement Master Plan (PMP) in close coordination with CM’s. Follow up on the PMP

Conducts budget analysis with team and prepares reports inclusive of spending / saving, shares with management and explains rationale behind it

Drive Digital transformation agenda by suggesting and executing automations etc.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Service Delivery Manager?

Masters / Bachelors, Project Management (Relevant certifications would be helpful)

Sound stakeholder management; able to build strong credible partnerships.

Strong communicator with the ability to present succinct and well-articulated thoughts at platforms of varying seniority and context.

IT tech savvy (able to maneuver comfortably with IT tools ranging from in-built to off the shelf products relating to service delivery)
