All the responsibilities we'll trust you with :

Constant review of route-to-market business model in accordance with market dynamics & potential as well as to propose resources required for further distribution expansion.

Ensures excellent in-store execution according to Perfect Store standards. Develops year on year channel, trade sales and profit plans plus the commission of shopper insight studies.

From an executional perspective, this position is responsible to execute the sales plan in all channels, delivering top line growth.

Holds the responsibility for delivering the company vision, mission and long-term business plan together with other LT members.

Contributes to developing Business Plan (BP) and First & Second Revised Estimate (FRE / SRE). Determines annual, quarterly and monthly targets by channel & customer according to business plan.

Executes the action plans while tracking progress and stays abreast of local market trends to leverage them for identifying areas for business growth.

Manages and controls the budget allocations / trade spent to maximize sales volume. Reports to the General Manager and Area Team on volume forecast, channel performance, key hits & misses and opportunities.

Develops the right Trade Marketing strategies & tactics in line with brand guideline, consumer insights, and business plan.

Collaborate with the brand team to bring Red Bull owned assets & messages in store, creating a consumer journey with Red Bull experience.

Drive Perfect Store concept to enhance long term business growth & category growth in Off Premise channels.

Is a role model, leads by example and strives to build a high-performance team whilst ensuring the development and recruitment of new talent to continue scaling up the function.

Motivates and engages team members in accordance with Red Bull principles and tools.

Continually engages peers, consumers and customers in the ethos of both the Red Bull business and the Red Bull philosophy.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role :

  • 8 - 10 years’ experience in sales of food & beverage or FMCG with a proven track record, preferably with international assignments
  • 4+ years’ experience in people management positions
  • Experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing and / or Consumer Marketing is preferred
  • Commercial acumen - strong understanding of sales processes, financial systems and best practices
  • Strategic ability - can develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies while also grasping the bigger picture’
  • Strong communicator who excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with local stakeholders (internal & external), regional & HQ teams
  • Bachelors Degree (mandatory)Masters Degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Urdu Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto could be beneficial but not essential Strong command of English (verbal & written)
  • Travel 50%
