Remunerate employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.

Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department / division transfers.
Prepare Journals of payroll at month end and provide the Accounts department to post in accounting software and to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Resolve payroll queries by answering questions (if any).
Update payroll data by designing systems, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
Update existing policies and procedures and prepare new (If required).
Compliance with HMRC (UK), and legal requirements by applying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Continuous Development and recent changes in legislation should be reviewed including publications, interacting with peers and colleagues.
Should be able to keep a track of operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Organize trainings for staff by selecting, orienting systems and policies.
Maintains payroll staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills Required :
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
Good computer skills (Preference will be given to ERP Skills).
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate having foreign degrees and having UK exposure will be preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with payroll software for example SAGE Payroll, Brightpay, Staffology etc.
Salary Range (Monthly) - 80,000 to 120,000 PKR
Preference will be given to the right candidates who have previous UK Payroll Knowledge & Experience with Excellent Spoken English Skills"
