Customer Success Manager - LAAM

About the work
Developing and implementing best communication strategies and approaches to help company maximize its organic growth
Developing objectives for the communication departments’ day-to-day activities
Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
Training the team to maintain high customer service standards
Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating business growth
Introducing efficient communication system for the effective working of the department
Prepare and present weekly KPIs report of the department to upper management
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Providing feedback and evaluating performance of the team with key metrics (accuracy, response time etc.)
Generating sales leads and building sustainable relationships with customers
Taking ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution
About You :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of customer service software and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to lead and to think strategically
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues

Semi-annual performance based increment
Eligibility
Bachelors or Master’s degree required in Business Administration or in any equivalent field
4 to 8 years of proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other Social Media web platforms
Experience : 4 -8 years
