Prepare T&Es and manage Travel Budgets within the assigned limits.
Manage Travel, Visa, Boarding & Lodging arrangements.
Collaborate with cross functional managers and Admins in keeping follow up for different tasks.
Coordinate internal & external meetings.
Assistance in the preparation of business presentations.
Provide Assistance to the Supervisors in different projects & budget tracking.
SC budget management in addition to raise PO’s & GRN’s in liaison with finance department on monthly basis.
Actively notice, support, and reinforce safe work practices, EHS job procedures, and desired EHS behaviors of employees
Confront all unsafe behaviors immediately
Know the potential hazards and environmental impacts and necessary control measures for their job
Make EHS satisfying and rewarding to employees
Display and develop a positive attitude toward EHS
Maintain an open line of communication with employees regarding EHS
Remove obstacles and constraints to working safely
Demonstrate safe behavior and work procedures
Ensure effective implementation of all Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements as per PepsiCo’s GEHSMS standards
Report all hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, collisions, etc.
Ensure support for effective implementation of all Quality & food safety related requirement as per PepsiCo, AIBI, FSSC 22000 standards
In addition to these accountabilities, any task / assignment / project assigned by Line Manager will become part of JD.
Qualifications / Requirements
Graduate / Masters with excellent Computer skills in MS Office.
3-4 years in similar capacity.
