Goals

  • Assist in developing the overall channel Strategy

  • Implementation of Channel strategy
  • Planning and executing retail related go to market plans
  • Analysis of the channel performance
  • Collaboration / Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis
  • Governance model to monitor the distribution KPIs management
  • Special project planning and executions.
  • Belt / cluster level distribution KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
  • Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency
  • Analysis and reporting on trade budgets.
  • Coordination with regions for trade marketing execution plans
  • Coordination with B2B teams for target achievements.
  • Coordination with segments for B2B business case approvals.
  • Liaison with regional franchise services teams to improve the performance of franchise customer service outlets.
  • Preferably MBA
  • Work experience :
  • 3 4 year relevant experience required
  • Potential Career Path :
