Implementation of Channel strategy
Planning and executing retail related go to market plans
Analysis of the channel performance
Collaboration / Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis
Governance model to monitor the distribution KPIs management
Special project planning and executions.
Belt / cluster level distribution KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency
Analysis and reporting on trade budgets.
Coordination with regions for trade marketing execution plans
Coordination with B2B teams for target achievements.
Coordination with segments for B2B business case approvals.
Liaison with regional franchise services teams to improve the performance of franchise customer service outlets.
