Brief Description on the position
Facilitate the implementation of marketing and sales processes related to planning , tracking and promotional investments and activities by coordinating with the Marketing , Sales, Finance and Supply Chain departments
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
1-Marketing / Business Operations
Provide Overall Marketing / Business Operation support to all activities and events.
Interfacing with relevant departments for facilitation of hiring, monthly territory structure for incentives, samples dispatches, leave record updates for SF, sales office assets.
Timely facilitation of SF Incentive
Coordinate / Follow up SF Issues like Hiring / Resignation Processing with HR / Sales / IS / TCS
2- Event Management (Cycle Meetings / Business review meetings / Annual sales Conference)
Ensure arrangements of Cycle Meeting / Annual sales Conference. & arrangements with PM, MM and DBU for social events.
Immaculate maintenance of Data, record and details of each and every member travelling for the events.
3- Field Force Management & Coordination
Monthly Travel and promotional Expenses with IS and SMs. Bridging with other departments to facilitate SF / Marketing matters & Issues.
Generation of plans and schedules like sample plan and tour plan.
Preparation of Speaker agreements, eCAF, eADS and eBTAs and EMS. Maintenance of physical and electronic records .
4- Head office Management & Team Coordination
All logistics like Travel Management / Event management, Hotel management & food arrangements. Management of Speaker contract and Honorarium payments.
Management and execution of local and international promotional activities.
5- Marketing Activities and Administration Responsibility
Tracking and monitoring of speakers contracts through database.
Coordination with marketing team in all local and international events like : LSPs, RTCDs, RTDs SPPs, etc.
Automate the reports & different assignment which improve overall efficiency of my day by day working.
6- TCS Ware House visits (For Audit)
Ensure regular visit to TCS ware house for material and pallets validation.
Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or commerce
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharma industry
Excellent in MS office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Good verbal & written communication
Strong analytical, project planning and organizational skills.
