Support the Head of Supply Chain as a trusted co-pilot within the Supply Chain and Procurement leadership team to achieve mid-long -term strategy.
Provide visibility around costs related to the Supply Chain processes through driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget, controlling variances), ensure adherence to financial legal requirements as per audit requirements.

Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Supply Chain; Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings
Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) across Supply Chain;
and forecasts across Supply Chain
Ensure adherence of Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards
Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate the Supply Chain budget with Supply Chain Manager
Develop and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests
Ensure clear controls and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation, and compliance with internal controls
Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of strategic Supply Chain decisions through benchmarking
Evaluate and provide financial analysis for product sourcing changes
Monitor & Report Bad Goods, Stock levels analyze reasons and track corrective actions
Coordinate and be key contact for internal and external audits within the Supply Chain
What will make you successful
5-6 years of prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Costing, Operational Controlling, Procurement, Sales Controlling) ideally within a factory or supply chain
Experience of participating or leading cross functional projects
MBA Finance / ACCA / ACMA / CA / CIMA or a Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting with 8-10 years of experience in a reputable organization
